CONTRACT
CONDITIONS
- The effective date of this program is through Dec. 31, 2007.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw it at anytime with a 30-day written notice .
- No other space or color discounts apply.
- If not governed herein, Classified Rate Book terms and conditions apply.
- Position request accepted but ad can be placed at publisher's option.
- A signed MundoHispánico Agreement is required for participations in this program.
- Modular ad unit pricing is for black & white ads only.
- Frequency commitments require a signed agreement.
- Six and thirteen time frequency commitments must run in consecutive weeks.
- Six and thirteen time frequency advertisers can continue to run at these rates beyond their original commitment as long as ads continue for consecutive weeks. Once the advertiser skips a week, their rates defer back to open rate.
- No other discounts apply.
- Above rates are net, non-commissionable.
- By signing below, advetiser warants that it has received and read MundoHispánico's Rate Book and agrees to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.
